Does anyone else think that they he should play the villian in the FIREFLY movie?

Not only is he incredibly cool, and would add some Star Power to the film... but since he is Gina's husband, he may not be difficult to get.

I know the movie is supposed to feature the Reavers, but I would love to see Fishburne as an alliance commander, blue-hand, bounty hunter, mercenary, etc. Pretty much anyone who could light up the screen and present a real challenge to the Serentiy crew.

What do ya think?

I think I read somewhere that not long after the cancellation, Gina turned to her handsome husband once and said, "Honey, I love you, but I miss my boys." She appeared in his latest sci-fi venture - least he could do is return the favor, right?

Not entirely sure if that's fact or fiction, but it sounds shiny, doesn't it? He'd make one damn fine villain too. Or the former love interest of Zoe, possibly from a wild, post war fling that she sort of forgot to mention to anybody, including Mal...

Yeah, that'd be pretty badass. He's a great actor, and like you said he could play any kind of villain... maybe even a nihilistic Reaver leader? At the least he should do a cameo like Gina Torres did in The Matrix.
