Along with Mark Shepperd and Ron Glass, Keith (author of the Serenity movie novelization) will be the third Browncoat related guest at Dragon*Con in Atlanta this year.

While it has not yet been posted to the main D*Con page, it has been posted as an annoucement at the Whedon Track forums here:
