I want to do more Firefly/Simpsons crossover pictures like the two I did in the Blue Sun room here:

I'd like your opinion on who should be the other characters, from Badger to Crow and in between, even those in the movie, I'd so appreciate it if you give me your suggestions, then I can sketch them and put them in the Blue Sun room.

and get Lenny as an alliance fed and Carl as the Operative

Moe should definitely be Badger.
Barney should be Mal's army pal (the one that married Saffron). Sorry mind's gone blank on his name!!
Saffron should be the Vegas wife Homer married. Which means the one that married Ned would have to marry Wash in your pic!!!
Carl and Lenny should be Blue Hand guys.
Wiggum and the cops should be Alliance.
Skinner as The Operative?? Maybe.
Comic Book Guy could be Mr Universe.
