What is Bao that Wash mentions when Mal is eating? Is it a food or something? It just really puzzled me.

Bao is a Chinese bun. Very yummy! It can be steamed or baked. One of my favorites is Chasu Bao (probably spelled wrong). It has a Chinese barbecued meat inside.

I made a web site to introduce my friends to the 'Verse.

I love Wikipedia... he/she/it is my bestest friend!

Seriously though... I often search Wikipedia before Google, you know they have good information and the links at the bottom are always of the highest quality (and you know FFF.net is "The primary Firefly fansite" on Wikipedia, so it must be true).

Bao

Here's a great bao recipe. I didn't have time to make my own dough, so I used good quality frozen bread dough from the grocery store and it worked fine.

Is there a way to make Chinese Sweet Bread Dough without having to have a Processor? It says that like 5 times in the recipe in Wikipedia. Put it simple: Is there a easy to make Chinese Sweet Bread Dough?

I found this recipe for Bao that I was going to try for our next Browncoats meeting. The bread recipe doesn't call for a processor, just a lot of kneading and stirring. I guess you can substitute elbow grease for an electric processor. (Has pictures)
