Mal/Inara Miranda Deleted Scene??

For those of you who have read the Serenity novelization and seen the pictures, Joss apparently filmed a scene where Inara and Mal had a tender moment just outside the shuttle on Miranda. This scene is of course NOT on the US release of Serenity's deleted scenes section, but I heard rumblings that it may be on one of the other regions? Does someone by chance it available online? I would be FOREVER grateful if anybody knew where I could take a look at the scene, preferrably online.
