I've been rewatching Angel from the beginning, and wishing there were more commentaries and 'extras' on these disks,
but I just had to post and say how much I adore 'Disharmony'!
I love the resolution of the saga of Cordy's clothese (when Angel donates them to Anne's Teen Shelter when he wanted to manipulate her into working with him against Wolfram & Hart, when Cordy sees the clothes on the teens during the zombie policeman episode, and finally when Angel replaces the clothes in 'Disharmony': it was like a major plot line! LOL)
Harmony herself was so funny! Having trouble controlling herself when Cordy looked so "lusious", so that Cordelia thought she was Gay and accidently insulted Willow... Too funny!

And the Pyramid scheme, oh man, that is the best!
Harmony was always a joiner and a sheep, and you can see that inspite of being made a vampire, nothing had changed!

And don't you love the tie-in? She had left Sunnydale at the end of 'Crush' (when Spike was so distracted by Drusilla and his love of Buffy that he couldn't even remember Harmony's existance) but she refers to her ex-boyfriend as being too clingy... Poor Harmony.

I'm so glad Cordy let her live so that she could return to Ats S5!

Gotta agree. I've started watching Buffy from the start, and am looking forward to seeing the antics of the hopeless Harm. I have seasons 2 and 5 of Angel, and am really enjoying catching up on the origins of the Sunnydale crew.

People love a happy ending. So every episode, I will explain once again that I don't like people. And then Mal will shoot someone. Someone we like. And their puppy. - Joss

It is so exciting to me that I am enjoying these shows more now than I did when they were first aired!
Disharmony was followed by 'Dead End', when Lindsay got his evil hand and we got to see Chris Kane play and sing on the air (he really is so talented, they had to work that in). Everything about that episode worked in seamlessly with everything that happened before and everything that would follow years later.

I've started rewatching BtVS from S1 too...
a friend wanted to see them, and we are really getting into them. I would have said before that Buffy's S1 was it's weakest season, but in fact I'm enjoying it more now than pretty much anything else on TV.
