Hey guys. I've lurked here often and am a longtime Firefly fan. I got the Serenity RPG recently, and have a few people interested in a game, but we need more people.

I also happen to host a play-by-post RPG website:

We're mostly d20, with some other games mixed in. Feel free to take a look around, but the reason I'm posting the link is because I want to get a Serenity game going. Unfortunately, no one (including me) has made a decision to GM a game. So this is partially a "would you like to GM and need players?" post.

More about NxA: If you've never been to a PBP forum, the way it works is simple. Lurk games or the general chat as much as you like; if you want to start a game, post it in the advertising forum and get in touch with players (or bring your own), then flag down an admin to make a forum for you.

I was hoping to get a wee bit more response though. :(

Aren't there some Serenity players hanging around here? I see quite a few threads going...if you want a nice, ad-free environment to host a game, as well as a big reservoir of people who would love to play... (I normally wouldn't plug, but I really, really wanna play a game! ;) )

I would definitely participate- I've never done the play-by-play thing before, but I'm a veteran RPGer and have the Serenity RPG set.

Well, yeah, there's plenty of players interested, but no GM. That's the only problem. ;)

I'm DMing an Eberron game and co-DMing a Warcraft game, as well as playing in two other games. I have too much on my plate to GM a Serenity game. ;) If there are any GMs out there who would like a nice place to host a game, please just drop a note. We're very accomodating. :D

By t'way... we're gettin' set up there. If you've got a hankerin' for cooperative story tellin', this is the place. If'n rather use the rule set from Serenity, RPG book, that's offerin' too. Either way, come by and say howdy!!!
