Has anyone dealt with them? I placed an order over a week ago and paid for 4 shirts and I've sent multiple emails but haven't gotten any response from them.

I ordered from them a couple of times. Shipping has always been good and took about 5days to a week to get here.

I heard some people's orders were taking much longer than expected lately. I think demand has just skyrocketed thanks to the BDM. The owner is probably just bogged down with orders, I'm sure you'll hear back soon. Any other website yeah I'd be annoyed, but he's a Browncoat ;)

I REALLY liked the shirts I got from them. High quality, both shirts and transfers. I'd say just be patient for another week or so, I've heard from a few different sources that BlueSunShirts are swamped at the moment.

Thanks everyone for your feedback. On the site the shirts look great. I just got a little concerned in that it has been more than a week since I placed the order and sent the money and hadn't heard anything.

I'll wait another bit of time before I freak out.

Heck, I tried to wear and wash my Blue Sun Shirt enough to get it to look well-worn by the movie premiere, and couldn't! I was even throwing it into loads when it wasn't dirty...

I love my Blue Sun tee, but they are taking FOREVER with my second order: an Orange Fighting Elves tee!

I ordered it on November 18 and I still haven't gotten it!!! My last communication was via e-mail 2 weeks or so ago and I was told the orange tees are still on backorder. I hope I get it soon...

Well I feel better. We just got a package and inside was the Fighting Elves T that we ordered, a gray shirt with the Blue Sun logo for my wife and one of the "Slim's Used Spacecraft" shirts. The only problem is that I had ordered four shirts in total (2 of the Slim's).

So I've sent an email and hopefully we can resolve it quickly.

Alex, who runs Blue Sun Shirts is a great browncoat & a stand up guy. If you got shorted a shirt he will make good on it. I have dealt w/ him many times & had no issues at all. I think nearly every browncoat here will vouch for him.

If he is a bit slow in replying it is most likely due to his being bogged down w/ orders. Remember how many browncoats there are & how many orders he must be getting.

As everyone is saying...he is probably inundated with orders. I have ordered from him twice and have been totally satisfied with the quality of the product. I ordered two "Fighting Elves" shirts (orange and black) and the "Troublemaker" shirt the week before Christmas and I got them today. Definitely worth the wait. :)
