Hahaha. I think it's Windows 2000. Or whatever year they're in. I guess MS hasn't advanced much in the future, at least not in the GUI department (strange, because WinXP looks very different and a lot more bubbly).

Not neccessarily - WinXP is easy to make non-bubbly. I cannot stand the bubbles.
