How are you foing these? Photoshop? Someone told me once you can do animations in photoshop. I just haven't figured it out yet.

You can do animations in Photoshop. Well, actually it's done in Image Ready which is part of Photoshop. You can Jump to Image Ready from Photoshop by pressing the button on the bottom of the toolbar or by pressing Ctrl-Shft-M.
Alternately you can open it up with its .exe in the Photoshop folder.
The rest, well I'm not going to put it all in this post, but look for tutorials and play around with it.
