Early Birthday Card for Nathan

This is a birthday card for Nathan from a bunch of us over at the Appreciatin' Nathan thread on the Serenity Browncoats board. One of us is going to meet Nathan tomorrow at Fangoria in Chicago (I wish it were me!) and will hopefully get to give it to him. There is a back side to this card with the names of those who contributed, but I don't think it needs its own post. It's next door at the Serenity Browncoats message board (General Discussion -> Appreciatin' Nathan). Thanks to everyone who contributed quotes, and a very, very special thanks to mphillips who let me use his fantastic drawing of our beloved captain.

Kudos to MalNourished for a job WELL DONE ... and thanks to mphillips for your generosity!!
It was such a cool thing to offer to do for all of us Appreciators -- and the chance that Nathan will actually receive it makes it even more shiny!
Oh, and Alstaria -- his B-day is March 27, 1971 (he's an Aries) -- it was just our opportunity for a flan to personally give him a card at the con rather than send through the usual snail-mail channels.

Extra shiny! I am still just blown away by the card's awesomeness!

Didn't get a chance to post when this got posted last week (I really need the internets at home), so I will say, I was the one who was to get this to Nathan, and couldn't... most of you know by now that Nathan was only at the convention for the Slither panel and signings, and they wouldn't let me give the card to him. >:( But it turned out so pretty! It looks even better, if that's possible, printed out. Thanks to everyone for your efforts, and here's to getting a card to Nathan for Moonlight rising!
