"Tchen Wah!" The man shouted as she bumped into him. Noah did not slow down to retaliate or even really hear the man. She was concentrating on finding her ship.

She navigated fluidly through the crowd, with an unnatural grace. The smells of the docks assaulted her nostrils, making her wrinkle her nose in disgust and push on.

She scanned the crowd, looking for the person with whom she had garnered passage to Persphone.

After a few moments more the auburn head and cheery smile leapt through the crowd at Noah. She smiled and walked over to where Kaylee was standing.

"I'm here and ready to board." she said, Kaylee beamed at her, and started walking up the ramp.

"We're almost ready ta go." said Kaylee, "Jus' waitin' for the Cap'n and Jayne to get back from a job."

Noah nodded, preferring to stay silent. She could Kaylee was anxious to talk and was trying to see inside Noah's hood, but she only smiled to herself and withdrew deeper in the depths of her cowl.

Kaylee showed her to a passenger room and left her alone. Noah worked quickly, unpacking her things, strapping her laser pistol to her thigh, and a few spare daggers to her wrists. All was covered by a long, dark, trenchcoat, the hood concealed her face and lithe form.

She decided to look around the ship when she finished, already having gleaned the layout from Kaylee's thoughts, but wanting to have a first hand exprience.

Noah was walking along the catwalk to the stairs to reach the belly of the cargo bay, when the two men she assumed were the Captain and Jayne ran in accompied by a symphony of gunfire.

The smaller man of the two pulled something out of his coat and yelled into it,

"Wash! We need Zoe down here pronto. We've got company."

Noah watched as the two men, not noticing her, ducked behind cargo holders as more men with guns came on.
