I have yet to pick a name. Any suggestions?

If he (she?) were a beagle, you could name him 'Black Market' - although you'd probably get some weird looks when you called him.

She's a girl... and she's so sweet and funny. She loves to pounce around and she loves to be cuddled. Also, she likes a little gentle biting, which I am training her out of... that's to be expected with Boxers though.

Oh my goodness! Could she BE any cuter? Don't you wish dogs could just stay puppy size and puppy soft and puppy warm and everything? She looked like a St. Bernard in the thumbnail, and at that point I would have suggested Samantha. The neighbors had Samantha while I was growing up and she was the BEST. The mischief suggests more of a Kaylee personality than an Inara... or maybe Zoe?

hmmmm... I punched in "beautiful" at Behindthename.com and got 70 results. "Playful" brought up 3 girl names; JOCOSA (English), LALITA (Indian) and POCAHONTAS, of all things. None of which spoke to me for some odd reason.
Then again, I don't know as I should be advising you on this. I named my cat Simon and now I'm thinking it should have been Viggo - not Mortensen either. I had a great uncle Viggo, my Grandma Thora's brother. Dad said "He was a bounder, but fun to be around."

We've got a litter of pups (Cocker Spaniels) due in a few weeks and if we keep a girl I'm going to fight for her to be Kaylee (Inara is just a little too grand...)

Looking at her sleeping, the first name that springs to mind is Serenity. Although once she's awake and going 100 miles an hour I'm sure that won't be appropriate.

Maniac, for the next 4 or 5 weeks you should have no trouble picking up women, if you take the puppy with you. No woman can escape the power of the puppy.
