I'd put the second can underneath, so it feels more centered.

Maybe you can put the first can on the front, you know how like they put the little image sometimes on the pocket, or, lacking a pocket, in that vicinity?

Yeah, the can on the right is distracting and makes it all off centre.

Personally I'd make the upright can central and larger. Replace the 'Tomato Soup' text with 'The Soup Thing' and then have the 'It's always a hoot...etc' text underneath.
Just my thoughts.

Nice idea though.

See, I'd like the open can below, with some tomato soup all spilled out. Since you did choose tomato soup...Bonus: That way, even people who have no clue about the show will get a joke, though not the same one as the initiates of the Soup Thing.
