These are fabulous! Did you do the line art yourself? Did you use a filter in Photoshop? How did you arrive at the likenesses?

Willowy, I did do the line art; I do most of my graphic-type stuff as vector-based so I can blow it up as much as I want without losing quality. I basically just pull a photo into Adobe Illustrator, decide what shadows I want to keep and emphasize, and then trace over the photo in Illustrator.

OIC... well yes that makes a lot of sense! With a vector-based format you get little or no pixelation. Still, tracing within Illustrator takes MUCH effort and time. I can't believe how perfect the renderings are.

Are you going to do one of each crew member?

Sorry, the quality on this one sucks. It was too dark and I was too far away, but I still managed to get the shot, mostly. :) Nathan was talking to Danny Strong and Nicholas Brendon at the time, so one of them must be really funny...
