Okay I have to say I am falling in love with River and Kaylee pairings they are just so cute so here I am making another story about them. So you know the drill I own nothing not a dang thing though if I did I would so put River and Kaylee together.

River sighed rolling over in her bed she had been getting better since her time on Serenity but that didn’t mean all was good in her head, memories plagued her mind thoughts of the past caught up with her along with lessons from her at the academy. Sighing she got up and rubbed her temples standing up she stretched and went to gather some clothes after all just sleeping in boxers left the rest of her body naked.

Grabbing a white shirt and some black pants she was about to put them on when. “River honey you awake” came Inara’s sweet voice before she opened the door blushing slightly at the sight of the half naked girl in front of her. Her body which looked like that of teenage boys her breast where slightly small for a girl her age yet seemed to fit her frame good she had some slight muscles finally coming in after she started to eat better on Serenity. Inara blushed faded as she said “well I guess you are up breakfast is almost ready sweetie” she then shut the door and left.

River smirked before pulling the clothes on and grabbing her socks and boots. Walking out she slowly she made her way to the dinning room walking in she sat down beside Kaylee like she always did her brother about ten seconds behind her, fallowed by the captain, then Zoey and Walsh.

Jayne was already at the table eating the food Book had made, once everybody was seated they began to eat with light talk of the job they were taking and what everyone’s role would be.
