I've drawn Wash many times.....and it never looked right to me. I still don't think this one is just right but I think it looks better than other sketches I did...

This is actually pretty good. I like it!
IF you would like a few pointers though, his eyes are just a little big and the eye on the left side of the page should be a little closer to his nose. Other than that all's shiny!

I think you've actually captured him very well - especially within the Anime style. Now how about some colour for the next one :D Keep drawing.
