The crew quarters are shown on blueprint number 2 which is also here. They are under the fore passage.

These are so useful for reference while writing my fic's. I have a copy of the layout of Serenity from the role playing game book but that's at home and I'm busy at work... writing... fic's... ok so I know I should be working but never mind eh?! Lol! Thanks for posting these!
