It's from Serenity BDM and takes place on Haven. The boy with Kaylee was the one who ran into her arms and later on she sees him dead after the Alliance attack. As far as I know it is a still of a scene that was either cut or planned and never shot. I've never seen it as a complete scene. Can't remember where I got the photo.
