For those who saw this on Desperate Housewives, did Nathan's Frankenstein costume in the Halloween episode not make you think this?

Nathan plays an OB-GYN on DH, and in this scene he helped deliver a baby at one of the housewives' house while a Halloween party went on next door. That's what happened.
