I laughed and laughed at this comic - even though I'm a girl. I adore Firefly, and not becuase of Captain tight pants, either. By the way, my husband is the owner of this screen name and account, but I just had to add my two cents (like all women). And I wasn't Kaylee or Inara when I took the quiz either; I was Jayne.

LMGAO (laughed my gorram a$$ off!)
Heh, the blonde sounds just like my wife...until I made her actually sit and watch the show without anyone saying a thing. NO questions, NO explainations, that was the rule.
About halfway through Out of Gas, my son walks into the room (already a convert btw!) and he starts belting out something about the show and my wife cuts him off... "Shhh! I am trying to listen!" ...I knew at that moment, she 'got it' and was hooked! LOL!
I think that is the secret...no explainations...just let them watch it and let Firefly work its Whedonistic magic.

Ha Ha, I love it, luckily my Girlfriend was already a Joss maniac before I bought Firefly! I dont get it though why didn't fox show the pilot first? I imported the American DVD and Serenity pts1&2 are first? confusing! Anyway, comic strip? excellent.
