Ok so I've changed some things around, I think it looks more fireflyesk like this, got rid of the containers, it's more streamline than the other...

It looks like it's on the lower half of the ship, below the blue line that goes from engine to engine.

the bridge is on the line going from engine to engine inbetween two other lines the go to the top of the ship.

I did change it in class today so it looks a little different, the pictures have not been updated tho...
