i think you might have put your finger on it. i mean, anyone else ever notice how comic-book renditions of characters never particularly resemble the characters? its like emm's stuff was just TOO good, they clearly COULDNT use it :P

Actually, I think that comic book companies don't want hire someone like Mike because they really wanna stay away from photo-realistic drawings of characters. Probably afraid that they would have to pay cashy money to the various Whedonverse actors and actresses for "using their likenesses" or something:(
