Ok, so I know that something similar has probably been done, but I just had to do this one :D Anyway, this didn't turn out exactly like I had envisioned due to the fact that there are still many mysteries of photoshop that I have no clue how to figure out - photoshop; nemesis and friend. :P Anyway,Enjoy!

I tried to get the words as close as I could. I listened to the part several times but I had a tricky time distinguishing some of the words....

Nidrian, it don't matter none. It's a brilliant, wonderful work, regardless. :)
But for accuracy's sake, I believe it's:
"Just as sure as the turn of the worlds." (also, often misquoted as: "Just as sure as the turning of worlds.")

Now this is especially brilliant, I think, because having still shots of both River and Mal looking in the general direction of the camera makes the result overall picture seem like they are taking to the viewer;D
