INT. HOUSE - BASEMENT

Four men in their mid 20's are all sitting on a couch playing xbox. Another man of the same age is in the background flipping through a cd case next to a stereo. There are many posters of "Firefly" on the walls. There are also two computers in the left corner of the room. The computers look like they are being used to make videogames. And a fridge in place as an end table.

The group does not look like a typical group of geeks with thick glasses and pocket protectors. They look like normal guys who were friends with everyone in high school and college. They are just wearing t-shirts and jeans and drinking bear.

From left to right on the couch there is Marian, Aaron, How(short for Howard), and Paul. The man searching through cds is Tyler. They are all in Aaron's house.

TYLER:(walking towards the couch) Man, your cd selection is horrible, you don't have a single Four Star Mary cd.

AARON: Of course I don't. You took them all to your house.

TYLER:(angry tone) No, I brought them back.

AARON:(serious tone) Obviously you didn't if they aren't in that case.

TYLER:(convincing) I swear to god I brought them back, I put them on your kitchen table.

AARON: Oh, then Marian, go get my cds.

MARIAN:(surprised and outraged) Why do I have to get them?

AARON:(annoyed) Don't argue with me, just get them.

Although MARIAN is three inches taller and atleast twenty pounds more then AARON, he goes up the stairs.

TYLER then jumps onto the couch and picks up MARIAN controller and starts playing.

CUT TO: TV SCREEN

In the middle of the screen, it says, "PRELUDE: SERENITY VALLEY".

CUT TO: INT. HOUSE - BASEMENT

AARON: Ok boys, our hard work for two years is now infront of us. Let's go kick some Alliance ass.
