I will. :-)

That's Buddhist's Avalokitesvara (Guan{shi}yin in Chinese, Kan{ze}non in Japanese) Boddhisattva. The Observer of the Sights and Sounds of the World, or The Goddess of Mercy.

The top line is a chant invoking Guanyin. "Na2mo Guan1shi4yin1-Pu2sa4": I call upon/take refuge in Avalokitesvara Boddhisattva.

The bottom line says "hu4shen1fu2": charm to protect against demons/black magic.
