I saw this on ain't it cool news, too. Then I scanned through the comments and everyone that posted said that looked like a big fallic symbol. I've got Serenuty on my computer as a screen saver and this thought had never occoured to me. Maybe it's the way they have it angled in the poster.

I think it's a couple of things. I agree that the way its angled can give you that impression. Another is the general level of maturity of the Ain't It Cool News talkbackers. I've been over there for years and it can get a little scary some times.
I don't think that the majority of the population will decide that the movie is going to be bad on something like this.
Just my opinion, though. :) I wish to heck I could get one, though - I want to post it outside my cube at work!!!
