Okay, this doesn't actually look like Kaylee's shirt: http://fireflyfan.net/sunroomitem.asp?i=12175
but it was inspired by it, and includes pictures I drew of all 9 of our BDHs (along with lots of other stuff)

I had already drawn pictures of our 9 BDHs so I just made mirror images & printed them on iron on transfer paper...
I also made iron transfers of some Chinese texts and a few other things....
After I had ironed on the things I wanted onto the shirt, I then painted the sleaves, and drew on with permanent fabric paint pens....
I plan to wear it to the Browncoats Ball in San Francisco, and to Flanvention II in LA.
