What kind of hot sauce is that? I guess now that MREs come with the Tobasco, you don't need to keep your own bottle anymore...

That is "Louisiana" Brand hotsauce. Its cheaper than Tobasco and less hot. Its better for adding flavor, rather than heat--although it has some heat of its own.

Tobasco is good for burning thru the nasty flavour. Louisiana is good tastin' too. But for flavour, I like Cholula the best so far.
