Am I the only one acutely discouraged by the Serenity trailers? Maybe there are thousands of blogs already that say this ... but the music isn't right, the cinematography isn't right, even the characters aren't right ... what's with the captain being outwitted by Jayne ? ("Well .... you can't.") The story, yeah it seems absolutely perfect ... it's just everyone is, for one, all Hollywoodized, and it seems more like a trailer for the Fifth Element than anything to do with firefly. I am just feeling down about it all. Am I going to be disappointed?

In regards to the fic Adam's Rib (found in the Blue Sun Room under 'drama')... I’ve made a kind of file on the Academy, the children and what was done to them, including a timeline and the memory scenes placed in chronological order. Would anyone be interested in me posting that once all the chapters are finished?

Went to the London press screening. Loved it. Drama, action, comedy, tragedy. What more do you want from a movie? And then, this morning, I find out that my Abbyshot Browncoat is officially 'finished' and on it's way. Groovy.
