So there I was in Tegucigalpa, the capitol city of Honduras with my wife (who hails from there) and I bring along with me my burned DVDs of Firefly to give to my wife's relatives. My FF discs have Spanish on about 2/3 of the eps, so yah never know. Might be some Honduran Browncoats by and by. . . Also got to watch the elections in person -- not a violent outburst amongst the locals at all in Tegucigalpa.

I will be hosting our mosque's radio show "Understanding Islam" for tomorrow's episode (Tuesday, Dec. 8) at 9:20 am or there-abouts. If you live in L.A. you might be able to pick up the show which airs on KCAA 1050-AM. or you can go to the website at www.kcaaradio.com at around 9:20am and click on the "LISTEN LIVE" button on the main page. Since I write or co-write the scripts, I've been trying to subtly slip in some FF-isms. My Imam (minister) has a Pakistani accent -- not unlike Niska's -- and I wrote a line for him that ended in the words "Very nice. . ." I tried to get him to say it with the accent on the "niiiice" when we were doing read-throughs, but alas, it was not to be. That ep aired Dec. 1st or the Tuesday before on Nov. 24th.
