Sunday, 04 July 2004 21:04:11

the lady that lives next to my mum found some kittens... aproximately 3 weeks old. a week later my boyfriend and I adopt one of them... the little puff is so fierce. the little love is so ready to pounce. @ 4 weeks old he occasionaly takes on my large dog! so when it came time to name our little charge I suggested Jayne. *grin* and wen we're looking for him when he hides we sing the song...

ashamed no longer
Sunday, 04 July 2004 21:24:47

there is something wrong here. well more than one thing honestly. lots of things. this world is going to pot. my family makes me feel like I should be ashamed of some of my health issues because the social stigma attatched to the title is more than a little off from the reality of the illness. so because YOU don't understand something I have to hide it away and be ashamed? I'm sick of letting peoples ignorances rule my behaviors, rule my opinion of even myself. if the change has to start with me so be it. so I've begun to be more forward and open with my illnesses, be ready with a correction or some helpful information to arm them with a more enlightened view. yes, I'm sick, but thats not all I am... Zilpha Chouinard type1brittle diabetic march 2002, depression, anemia, schitzophrenic, anxiety dissorder, cronic pain, migraines, PTSD, non cancerous bone growth on the inside of my skull [much of the reason for my cronic pain] I'm already loosing my vision, from the diabetes... for a visual artist... thats hell. yeah I am that and more and I'm working on it. rock on.

Jayne

For being the "asshole" of the group, Jayne is just too damn lovable as the same time. You really feel for him when he tries to give up his favorite Gun to Mal... I felt an "awww" come on at that moment. Adam Ballwin has always been a great actor, he has a way of helping an audience find love for the worst of characters...still lvoe him in "Full Metal Jacket"

I read your rantings over suposed "evil" ex-girlfriends... yes girls can be evil. I've dated a couple and, dude, girls can be harsh... thats kinda why I'm back to men. but I'm finding... that the ratio of evil men to evil women is 50/50. you win some. you loose most. life blows and then you die. if you believe in an after-life it makes the process much easier. the end. my fiance... who I had dated for 4 years... left me the day after valentines day to date the only friend I had made when I moved to live with him. I had just be diagnosed with a slew of health stuff and he said my depression was too much for him. I wondered how he thought it was for me. a piece of cake surely. anyhoo. the point is, you're not alone in your pain. just wanted you to know.
