Wow! Fanfic! Why did I never know about this?! So here's my second ever internet blog, and hopefully one of way many more. When I visited the Blue Sun section yesterday I was excited to find fan fiction. It's great stuff- it's entertaining, would be enjoyable to write, and really shows how dedicated we Firefly fans are. So, since I like writing, I thought why not write my own Firefly story? I've checked Firefly references, read other Fanfic and started planning for my story, now I just need the time! I've enjoyed the features of this site a lot. It was really great to see how many replies I got from a thread I started about future Firefly characters. My latest interest is, other than thinking about fanfic, virtual firefly. I'm checking out the Wash (but it's sorta confusing) and I've found a link to what looks like a great firefly rp on another site. I've applied as the free part of Simon, and my chances are looking good. Hopefully I can join in the fun on at least one of these rps soon, I'll just keep checking on them for replies. Anyhow, it's been great to see replies on this site, and even greater to discover this site. I've been going to the chat section a lot, but I think I have a bad time zone because of the lack of people there during my normal hours. Keep Flyin'!!

I wrote aaaages ago about my exact double (Julia or Erica or something) Well I was at my sisters house the other week and my Dad arrives and tells me how he thought he just saw me walking through a part of Rock Ferry* where I wouldn't normally be. He said it was odd as he knew I would never go there (we have our set routes through that area and we stick to them!) and he didn't recognise the people I was with. He said if I hadn't disappeared down a side road and he'd lost me he would have given me a lift to my sisters. In the end he was glad he didn't as he got there to find it wasn't me at all - i'd already been there for hours. But I can imagine that conversation when she called the cops on him - 'Sir I'm arresting you for soliciting and harrasment' 'but she looked just like my daughter!' 'you're a sick sick man Mr Young'. LMAO. * yes, the Rock Ferry that Duffy is on about (but believe me the begging for mercy that goes on there is really not of the romantic kind)
