My exams finished on Friday, which means uni is officially over, which means 4 months of FREEDOM!!! Fuck yeah. I can't believe that I've made it to the end of first year, especially after dropping out of Law after 6 months last year because it was so mind-numbingly BORING, but it feels great. It actually feels like I'm getting somewhere now, and that I've made it to the next stepping stone on the way to achieving something. It's really good! And I've been looking forward to these holidays for weeks now, because FINALLY, everything can start happening. My net friend of 6 years is coming up to visit for a week, I have my Serenity screening, all my old friends are coming home for the summer so I'll get to catch up with them, I'm hoping to get some work experience with the Edinburgh International Film Festival, I actually have time to get back to writing...YAY! I know no-one particularly cares, but I just thought I'd share the joy, and write a happy blog for once! :-)

Fanfic woes and Waitress

Ever want so much to finish a chapter for a fic, but have it not come out? That's me for the past 2 weeks. Imagine the worst constipation you've ever had, and prolong it for 2 whole weeks...! And um, imagine it happened to your brain and not, like, your bowels - ANYWAY. Just in case anyone cared about my fic Dark Matter. The next chapters will be fanfic constipation. Heehawrr P.S. I saw "waitress" yesterday. It was really weird to see our captain in something not involving him being well, someone that handles a gun. But, it was very cute and I usually have no patience for romantic comedies. Then again, I may have only liked it because of the pies. I like pie.
