I do not like weddings. When my sister got married, the last thing I said to her before heading down the aisle was "You can still run!" Mostly because I thought she was marrying a shiftless, worthless douchecanoe (I was totally right, btw, and thankfully she has started to realize it.) but also because as stated before, I do NOT like weddings. I spent the entire ceremony faking a smile and counting down the minutes until I could get out of the four and a half inch heels Bridezilla forced me into (because I was much shorter than the other bridesmaids and she didn't want me to look "stupid" in the pictures). IF I ever get married (and that's a big "if," I feel like if I love a guy enough and we want to spend our lives together, getting married is more or less a formality) I will elope, because I have no interest in alienating my friends, bankrupting my parents and gathering my entire family in one place (an episode of Cops in the making). So what's my point here? Well, I'm working on my fic "Out of the Frying Pan" again, which I left off just before Simon and Kaylee's wedding. Annnnnd I'm skipping over the wedding. Yeah, turns out in addition to not liking weddings I also can't write them.

I'm writing again, and really enjoying it. Having a great time, even after vacation. But... Well I can't help but notice the lack of reader response. I'm really appreciative of Angelle, but come on guys, did my writing really plummet that much? I guess it could just mean that you guys aren't really enjoying this arc. Let me know what I can do to catch you all again. :banghead:
