Or so I've been told by my gamer friends. They think they know everything. My life is turning out to be a lot more Escher- like than I thought it would be a year ago. At the moment, left is right and up is down, like a colossal game of Twister played in a gyrescope. It's good to know, though, that I'm in a labyrinth and not a maze.I think. In a maze, you're supposed to be lost forever-- in a labyrinth you get to the center even though it seems like you're not going anywhere. But the labyrinth always has a monster. Which way?

I’m not lazy, really! I’ve been drawing some, finalizing the Firefly anime/stylized character designs I’ve been working on. They’re not good enough yet for the Blue Sun Room… “Cherry Blossom” is more of an example of a FINISHED character design image. But these sketches are going to be the “model” that I use to finish the other eight pictures, and also the style I’m adopting for some Firefly internet manga/graphic novel stuff. Anyway, I thought maybe people would like to see them. I’m pretty happy with how they all look, though in some cases I had to go more with more of a spirit of the character than an accurate portrayal of their appearance to render them in a style consistent with the others.
