For those of you who may find this interesting, this is a B3/Flan II report — my personal ramblings on what transpired that wacky weekend in sunny California. My photos:

Potential Browncoat works at Vid Game Company...
Wednesday, 20 December 2006 05:23:57

So I was at a friend's and a friend he'd also invited sees my borrowed copy of "Serenity" on top of the TV, picks it up and says "This was an awesome movie!"... I tell him it was based on the TV series "Firefly". Poor guy's never seen it, but says he's going to rent it for sure. I've known the guy works for a big name Game company (he worked on one of the Matrix games) so I tell me he should try to convince his bosses to do a Firefly video game. It's a long shot, I know, but if the guy becomes a true Browncoat, what better position to be in than a designer of video games? I tell him there are tens of thousands of die-hard fans of the show who would gladly shell out their cashy money for a game on the 'Verse.

tally..ho!
Wednesday, 20 December 2006 23:46:50

Just felt like running a tally last night. For those of you who have been following along since my very first fic post you have now read somewhere in excess of 65,430 words spread over 133 pages. Give or take the blog entries. If most of that had not been written as scripts it would have been much much more. Descriptive paragraphs, backstory, internal dialogue, motives, scenery, meals, sex, lots and lots more verbiage. Thanks for reading, but thanks even more for input! One question remains: Why?
