Well, I'm pretty sure the title gives you a hint as to what this blog may be 'bout... I got a job! After 2 yrs of annoying, boring unemployment I'm stepping back into the working world. I actually stopped working cause of some serious medical probs and then a lil less than a yr ago I had surgery to correct the issues. Ever since then my hubby, Jon, didn't really want me to go back to work. He thought he could support us both, but things are just getting too tight so back to work with me! My sis-in-law actually gave me the inside track on this job, so I'll be working with her. I hope things are ok working with fam., I've worked with friends before and that got a lil, um, uncomfortable. Ok, so the job: I'll be working for Wegmans which is a big chain grocery store in the photo/video dept. I'll also be spending some time helping in the floral dept. which actually sounds interesting. Working in the photo dept. is gonna be just great cause as most of you know I love photography! Now of course I'm sure it's gonna be tough, I've spent a very long time not working. But I think it'll be good for me. It's been hard being home all the time and although I adore talking to my online friends all the time, I really do need some structure in my life. I'll still be 'round so don't think for one sec you'll be getting rid of me, lol! Just gonna be a lil less. The job is part time for now, 3 days a week I think they said. My interview is Mon. and I'm all excited! Wish me luck here people, I've entered a new frontier.

Yes ladies and gentlemen, when last we met the divorce decree had been handed down and I had received the house, the kids, and half of the reitrement. Well in order to get the money from the Navy I need special language in the decree, so I have had to file to have the decree clarified. Himself has told his lawyer that he does not WANT the Navy to send it to me, that HE will send it each month for the rest of my life. So its off to court tomorrow. I need a drink. :disappointed: :vomit:
