Okay, I made a thread, but I got little response. So here it goes again... Y'know how in Firefly, "'verse" is slang for "universe"? Well, in Greek or Latin, -verse means "view" or "points of view", which is kind of funny, because there are many views in Firefly. Just wanted to make a note. Keep flyin'!

So I received my form letter response from Universal today. Same one that everyone else who emails in about the Firefly movie seems to be getting. [quote]...thank you for your interest in the Firefly movie project.[/quote] At least they are publicaly admitting that there is one in the works. That has to give us some hope... right? I mean why would they bother having a reply like this if they knew it was something they were definitely going to reject. I think this might indicate that Universal is giving some serious (positive?) thought into this. Or you know....I could be reading something into this form letter response that I (we) just want to hear. I sincerely hope not but it always scares me when I get my hopes up this much over something that means so much to me. Especially when it's over something that so many people (including myself) think should be a simple decision. If you want to write to Universal here is the link:

What are they used for, alternative power to reduce strain on the engines? And why do they only apear on one side of the ship? Maybe the Alliance requires all vessels to fly in a clockwise orientation around the sun when in sytem. I was just looking at the picture on the main page and started wondering, so if anyone knows please feel free to say.
