Hi there all, brand n00bie person saying hello to all you all out there in the 'verse. Mostly a lurker so far, just getting my space-legs and seein' what's what. Can't tell you how glad I am to run across this place, feel like I can breathe better in the company of browncoats and all the downtrodden and kicked of the 'verse. Was productive. The new haircut's looking better than I thought. Having curly hair can be a bit of a, well, problem. It had been so long for so long that I'd forgotten how bloomin' ridiculous it could look short. But the woman that cut my hair did a great job, so I look fairly human. Got some work done on a video I've had in the planning stages for awhile. And managed to fix my uploading/saving problem as well. So, I suppose I really should be working on that. But Firefly stuff is much more fun. Today, not so productive. I already am ticked off. My family sometimes forgets I'm not just "The Mom". Oh, well, could be worse, has been worse, and probably will be worse again, so I'm off to make myself have a good day. Hair's still looking good. That's a plus.

I haven't had one for a while but I used to dream of River quite alot and she used to beat me up, sometimes shoot me. It not that am ashamed its just that they did scare me a little but it seems to have subsided since I wrote the first chapter of my fanfic think there might be something in that? Oh and I have a new haircut

Sorry if I haven't been around much - thing is I fell the school's stairs and broke my leg and it's just now that I removed my cast, another things is I lost my damn voice(VERY infurating thing). About 'Because he loved her'... my beta is taking a break for personal reasons which I won't say because I respect her privacy - hope you understand. I have another story which had been on my hard disk for a while but wasn't completed I will finish it by this week hopefully. Sorry again guys :( Proudly M/I obsessed Kim

Last night we had a bad storm come through the area. My wife's car was hit by hail, the front wind shield was cracked, dented the roof and hood. Our old house that is for sale, a rear window broken and some of the outside panle damaged with holes in them. Other places in town were flooded, several homes had windows broken out,there was a fire. But our new home was not damaged at all, it only rained over here.
