I bought a dress for my mom and this is the dress: http://www.pandadress.com/noble-black-prom-gown-with-pleats-and-luxurious-crystals-p-847.html. As you can see, with delicate strapless neckline on the top, the gown was finely scattered with subtle pleats. As it is in black color and I think it is charming being wore by people with white skin.
