Firefly Christmas Special

Why can't they just do a Christmas special like the BBC does with Dr. Who and a bunch of their shows? I can't help but think that they could work out the rights and resources enough for something like that. Wouldn't that be amazing if they announced it this Christmas, shot it sometime the next year, and aired it next Christmas? We should petition FOX about it. #fireflychristmasCOMMENTS: 3
