Last Tuesday, I visited Dean village and the National Gallery Of Modern Art in Edinburgh. Dean village dates back to the 17th and 18th century. There was a cemetery that I loved; packed with iron statues and gothic overtones.

Here's a selection of pictures:

The National Gallery Of Modern Art:

'36-3.'

Two large jet engines lie on the lawn of the National Gallery Of Modern Art. I wanted to capture some of the detail.

'Fusion.'

There are a number of these statues scattered around the area. (Even in the local river and dock.) The sculptor is called Antony Gormley.

These were taken in Dean cemetery:

'My Soul Waits.'

'The White Maiden.'

'Stay.'
