What was the most humorous Firefly/Serenity moment for y'all?

Not an easy question to answer in the slightest, but I got a mine:

From "Bushwhacked": when Simon sort of...doesn't have the helmet on right when he boards the ship. Cruel joke by Jayne, but boatloads of laughs, like they's a boatload o' trouble.
