I put the Nathan poster that I got from ALA up in my office. One of my library lunch bunch kids looked at it and asked, "Who is that again?".
I asked, "Do you watch Castle?"
"What's Castle?"
"Did you ever watch Firefly?"
"What's Firefly?"
"Have you seen a movie called Serenity?"
His face brighted up. "Oh! Serenity! I've seen that."
"He played Captain Reynolds."



These are some recent winter photos.

This one looks otherworldly. We don't often get fog.


This one also. Can't you imagine Serenity slipping into atmo between those cloud layers?



And a down-to-earth dog. In my mind, Mal is a dog person.
