HELP!! does anyone speak french and englsih?!?!?!

I have a problem. My friend writes in both french and english, but I don't speak french at all or english properly. None the less we had a fight and today I got a note saying "moi" I don't know what it means and I'm not sure I want to talk to him until I know if I'm supposed to be mad or not still!
