So Frustrated

I am in need to a part-time job. However I can only work during the week in the evening. I have a full time day job and it's just not enough. On the weekends I already have another job as well. I work for the Ohio Renaissance Festival and it is almost time for the ORF to start up again. Why won't any place work with someones schedule and allow them to work 5:30-close Mon-Fri?? Everyone insists that you have to be able to work one weekend day and that is just impossible for me to do, but I need to make some extra money for a more than possible move to Denver, Colorado. I just don't know what to do. I am sooo frustrated.
