I made cheesecake. Nommy cheesecake. My uncle, who is visiting from Netherlands, does not like cheesecake.. but this he actually complimented me on and then had a second slice.

Wow!

I argued with the recipe from The Joy of Cooking , and it is my best effort to date. I think that while adding the grated zest of one orange to the batter helped, the clincher was putting fresh peaches and raspberries on the top.

This has absolutely nothing to do with Firefly, but so little of my blog does...
