Big print for the technically challenged...

I aint really good with the computer (you may have been able to guess this...)
How do you get pictures an' stuff to show up in your posts? An' how do you get the sig line to pop up with your posts instead of typin' it over an' over? Etc...let's face it, I need lots of help.
I have too much ADD goin' on to sit through the long version, can anyone give up the Cliff Notes on this? Prefer the large print edition. You know, the one with the pictures?
I was the computer expert at my job, but that was several years ago. They thought I was a ruttin' genius or somethin. Yup, I could change the colors on the screen and the size of the font. It was kinda cool to be king of the retards, but I'm past that now...
