Should I be worried about my monkey?

I was on Facebook last week and I found this picture



that is a guy from work with my cuddly monkey. Now this lad has a group on Facebook called stolen goods from the PLSC where he steals things from work and then takes photos of them.

So the question is, should I be worried?
